As the ear is a surprisingly important factor of our body image, corrections are amongst the most frequent plastic operations.
How I do it
Otoplasties are normally performed under local anaesthesia and light sedation.
place the incIsion behind the ear to avoid visible scars. All corrections are done whenever possible under the skin or behind the ear. A fine suture concludes the operation. The postoperative dressing is kept in place for several days to assist in shaping the result. Afterwards the patient wears an elastic head band day and night for 3 weeks. Overall the postoperative limitations are rather small.
In Symmetrical with co-operation with the German Plastic Surgeon Dr. Blaschke, we offer Plastic Surgeries.
A small intervention and a major change !
